“We were very happy with our stay in Lucca! What a wonderful small town and beautiful community! There is so much to do and see, we wish we had stayed longer. There were so many restaurants and cafes as well as cute shops! We loved walking along the old walls around the city. We could not have picked a better place to stay. Our room was spotless, but the hostess Deborah was the highlight. She was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating! She kept in regular contact with us up to arrival even as……

“Very satisfactory room. Clean, nice bathroom, plenty of towels. In room refrigerator with water and soda. Interesting artifacts in room. We were in the purple room, which was L shaped and didn’t have a lot of floor space. This establishment is right off one of the main shopping streets- so you get a lot of street noise. Also, the WiFi is finicky and low security. Finally, every place we stayed in Italy had hard beds and pillows. This was no exception. Security was very strong with codes for……

“Best property, best staff, best location! I was in Lucca for 1 week and I learned the area and the hotel. Cannot rate high enough. I was stranded by taxi at 9pm in Lucca city. (Long story) Called hotel, they figured out where I was, sent a taxi for me, made late dinner reservations. Thank you Sarah. Nice bathroom, lift, air conditioning that works, big bedroom. Called taxis when I needed them, great breakfast, felt catered to. Go to their restaurant just for the lavender panna cotta. Enjoy!”

“This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, real dishes and an amazing barista making fresh coffee and cappuccinos! The area was walkable and close to great restaurants.”
