The hotel is very close to train station (within 1 minute walk). Clean and spacious. I love their breakfast buffet as everything tastes good. Polite and helpful staff. Will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Lucerne next time.

The staff are nice. They know my needs before I ask. They are helpful and friendly. The lady saw me taking a bottle of red wine, she proactively offer me the red wine glass.

I like the cafe on the breakfast room floor because we can go there anytime during the day to get hot water, tea and coffee. The is a spacious area where we can use tables and chairs. The staff was also very friendly to store our luggages after checkout.
