This was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was also phenomenal and included. Our room was perfect for two kids and two adults. Beds very comfortable. Very quiet and walking distance to everything in town. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel’s convenient location near the train station was especially appreciated, as we were only staying for one night between travel days. We arrived in the evening, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the view from our balcony, but we could only imagine how beautiful the canal views must be during the day! Overall, a wonderful and convenient place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Every thing about this hotel is amazing! Walkable to the attractions, shops, restaurants, bus and train stations, laundry service is near and most of all the view from our room is gorgeous! We will comeback to stay here when we visit Luzern again😊

Wonderfully large room. Even had an umbrella for us to use, but weather so nice didn’t need it. Breakfast was very inviting with many choices all hot and ready to eat. Location along the river and so easy to access all the sights.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Though we didn’t have much need of air conditioning, would have been nice with air conditioning included. Property is very close to town and the bus station. Our room had excellent view of the river and sun rise from room was just gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent with wide selection. Will stay again here if we ever visit Lucerne.

Great location. Very friendly staff. The daily breakfast that is offered is quite good and certainly helps with the cost of any trip to Switzerland. This is a no frills hotel. The rooms are small, but adequate. No air conditioning -- though excellent fans are provided.

Hotel is older but in good clean condition. Good breakfast and staff are super helpful and friendly. My only complaint is no air conditioning, but who knew it would be 32 degrees celsius in Switzerland while we were visiting and our room was on the top floor. Great location, close enough to it all but just a bit enough distance from all the action for quiet and peace. I would stay here again, only if I came back and there was not a heat wave but I don’t think a/c is common here.
