「Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!」

「The first thing I check in any hotel/BNB are the bathrooms. This itself will set the tone; a standard I've created for myself :'). The bathroom was emmaculate. Room was very well maintained. Free breakfast, which had a great spread. Staff were very kind, as well. Would definitely be coming back if Goderich pops up on the future roadmap.」

「Three of us were staying at the hotel in 3 separate rooms. There were doors opening and closing, people speaking etc at all hours of the night. We were supposed to be there for three nights and all three of us left after one night and went to another hotel. Bathrooms look like they are from the seventies.」

「Great place to stay in central downtown Goderich! Excellent location within walking distance to the local museums and restaurants. Clean room with TV, microwave, and queen bed. A little snug, but perfect for a one night stay. We had dinner at the restaurant underneath, and the staff were all friendly and attentive. Food was decent, and the drinks were good. Will stay here again if back in Goderich!」

「The room was nice and clean. The strange thing was there was no staff to meet us when we arrived. Instead, there was a sign to call a phone number and the owners in the next house came over to show us to our rooms then left us. We were the only people in the building until we called again for breakfast the next morning when he came over again to make it. There is no pub as the pictures would suggest. This is a 6 room b&b with owners next door situation not a hotel/motel.」

However there were cigarette buds still in ashtray outside of room and the entire room smelled like cigarettes and food eventhough its a smoke free motel. Reception smelled awful.
