「Brand new hotel in town. Very convenient location to the hbf and other public transport, could also walk to the old town. Everything was brand new, clean with modern design, fully equipped kitchen. 「Very close to the city, about 10 mins walk to Maria platz. Car park is an issue if you go on a busy season. We went there in the middle of winter and still got told the car park is full. Breakfast is quite good and overall, it’s a good stay experience. 」

「Hotel is close to Munich main train station, only 5 mins walk, and easy to find. The room is big and clean. Shower and water pressure is good. Staff is friendly, the room is ready even before the official checkin time. Breakfast is good with many choices, they even have fresh fruit/vegetables for making juice, and different choices of tea leaves. I can't find any bad things about the hotel, if I need, then it will be there are few steps of staircase in front of the hotel and inside the hotel...

「房間大小算是舒適的，但和多數毆洲旅館ㄧ樣，因爲由不同建築改建而成，所以雖然有電梯，進房間還是要通過高低不同的階梯，對有大件行李的旅客還是有點不便。房間設備也齊全，冰箱保險櫃都有，也提供瓶裝飲用水。地點位置距離慕尼黑車站不遠，算是方便。稍微的小缺憾是位於希臘或是阿拉伯住宅區，附近沒有口味適合的餐廳，唯一可以買早餐的Cafe 要走約5-10分鐘！」

「Lizz Hotel Munich was very clean, comfortable and cozy. the staff were also very friendly! The location is good as well, being about 15 minutes walk to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz, while quiet at night. i enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend the hotel!」

The only drawback is that it's a small hotel which doesn't have food preparation facilities, so breakfast has to be at the cafe next door. The breakfast is OK, but not great.
