Das Geld nicht wert

Lieblos eingerichtetes Rendite-Objekt. Bad/Dusche im Untergeschoss hat muffig gestunken, Schimmel.... der Gestank war im ganzen UG und Schlafzimmer, sodass das UG kaum nutzbar war. Trotz Frühlingshaften Temperature war es zu kalt in der Wohnung, eine mobile Stromheizung musste permanent laufen. Darum musst auf der Veranda über dem Wohnzimmer geschlafen werden... Aber... es war ein billiges Bett, die Matrazen sind ständig vom Bettrost runter gerutscht... Eine Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, eher Hausteil.

Sehr sauber, grosse Wohnung mit allem drin. Nächstes Grotto in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Schöne Aussicht auf Lugano, auch nachts sehr schön. Man ist wie in einem eigenen Haus, separat für sich. Kleiner Garten und schöner grosser Balkon. Auch für unseren Hund sehr schön, perfekt fürs Fussball spielen im Garten, ist alles schön eingezäunt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

August 2018 Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Charme, hell, viel Platz und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Überall blitzsauber, frischer Geruch im ganzen Haus. Hygienische Duvets, Decken, Bettlaken, einfach alles. Eine sehr gut eingerichtete schöne Küche, überdachter Sitzplatz mit phantastischer Aussicht auf Lugano. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen! :-) Barbara, Germany
