Overall, CITAN was the perfect hostel for me and my group while we stayed in Tokyo. The facility is clean, convenient in that it’s walking distance from the train station and 24/7 stores such as 7-11, and it’s managed by friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend if you want easy access to other neighborhoods such as Shibuya, while maintaining a peaceful and quiet stay after a long day in the busking city.

This was the last stay of your 10 day trip. We stayed in hotels before this and those were great, but small. This gave us the option to have a little more space in our own room even if that meant having a shared bathroom. We picked this place because we wanted to have access to their coffee shop , bar and dining as a convenience before leaving to the airport. Staff was great!!

This my favorite hostel in Tokyo. I wish I would have known about sooner. The location is close to many subway lines so it’s ideal if you plan to be active while in Tokyo. The staff were very nice and spoke excellent English. The dining area/public area were a good place to rest after a long day of walking and to converse with other travelers. My only complaint and it being very minor is the room that I stayed had window shades that didn’t cover the entire window. This made sleeping past sunrise very difficult. Overall I can’t suggest this hostel enough. It exceed my expectation.

We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!

The cafe attached the hostel was a really nice to have in the morning. The bartender at the restaurant was great and gave me some recommendations for later in my trip. The location is a little quieter than other parts of Tokyo which I liked. Met lots of cool people during my stay. I’d definitely come back.

離馬喰橫山站和東日本橋站很近，去的時候google map叫我坐到小傳馬町站反而要走比較久，走沒幾步路就有便利商店，還有超市。員工很親切，房間、浴室和廁所都很乾淨，4人房是有空間可以打開27吋行李箱，房內還有置物櫃和拖鞋，交誼廳有冰箱和廚具可自行使用。地下室晚上是bar早上是咖啡廳，在那裡用餐很舒服，check out之後也可寄放行李，推推！

初めてドミトリーに宿泊しました。 ホテルは清潔・オシャレですし、セキュリティのロッカーも完備されていましたので、想像以上の快適さでした。 ただ客室のコロナ対策もしっかりしてるとは思いますが、ホテルがバーも併設していて、バーは爆音で音楽を流しているし、バーの客がマスクなしでフロントや階段部分で飲食していたり、入口で喫煙したりしていて、外出以外では1階の共用部に近寄り難かったです。

ずっと前から泊まってみたかったCITANさん。 周辺はオフィス街と問屋街と飲食店があるため、人の往来は多いですが、割と静かな印象です。 室内はとても快適。ドミトリーもあるので、共有スペースやキッチンがあり、個室利用者でも食器類の利用が可能でした。シャワー室もとても綺麗です。部屋には最低限のアメニティが揃っていて不便もありません。必要なアメニティはフロントで購入できます。歯ブラシとバスタオルはお部屋に準備されています。
