Her professionalism and generosity, including upgrading our stay to make up for the discomfort, turned what began as a frustrating experience into a much more positive one. We greatly appreciated her attentive care and commitment to guest satisfaction."

"LFC is connected to a lux mall. There is a main entrance on the ground floor and from within the mall. It can be a little confusing at first. The mall has an upscale grocery and restaurants on the lowest level. The room is western/comfortable. There is free coffee through the day starting at 7am. I did not eat breakfast. It seemed expensive at about $25USD for what it was. Staff English is passable, not great. Gym is okay for a few days. Sauna is clean. The views are outstanding. "

"The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "
