“The hotel staff are courteous and attentive. Lobby and dining room welcoming and efficient. Food was good. The housekeeping is outstanding. Our cleaners were excellent and accommodating. This is a bus tour hotel and the tours are well managed and guests add lively vibe to dining room. The swimming pool which is a huge asset, needs refurbishment. The liner is loose in places and water quality only adequate. It was closed for 1.5 days of 4 night stay. Biggest problem was pool ladder (one step……

“This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk.”

My room was very spacious and clean, and the very powerful air conditioning was much appreciated in this heatwave. “Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay. Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. The room is just ok large enough for me to open my two very large luggage, but still clean and comfort. Overall it is good value for money. I……
