“On arrival, we were welcomed by the lovely Erika, who gave us a tour of the grand suit ‘The Robertson’ which was a stunning suit!! luxurious in every way, with a huge bedroom Space, separate kitchen & Bathroom area! Personal touches were fantastic, with the most beautiful hand wash & lotion, with the matching shampoo & conditioner & body wash. Erika had even provided the same brand of bubble bath so we could enjoy a nice relaxing bath after a long day walking in Edinburgh. The fresh bread……

We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times.
