“La struttura ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Il frigorifero era vecchio e in alcuni punti presentava della ruggine all'interno e all'estero. Il climatizzatore presentava polvere pluriennale all'interno. I locali erano puliti ed il personale cortese.”

“Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. ”

“This clean, mountain top property offered a cool respite from the Lerici crowd. The staff are so welcoming and friendly that you feel right at home. Excellent breakfasts get your day going. I’d recommend the hotel for travelers on a budget who get a very nice place to boot.”

“It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.”

“Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. ”

“Staff were super helpful and communicative. The location was amazing and the amenities were very nice (mini fridge + complimentary water, coffee, wine & morning focaccia). Be sure to look at the room names when booking. While all of the rooms are nice, not all have the amazing patios or views.”

Das Haus hat viel Charme und vermittelt einen gepflegten, hochwertigen Eindruck, der der Hotelkategorie absolut gerecht wird. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Blick auf den Hafen, den wir von unserem Zimmer aus genießen konnten. “Tutto perfetto per un ottimo rapporto di qualità prezzo con la doppia a 75€. Posso confermare che le camere al piano terreno soffrono di poca insonorizzazione soprattutto se gli altri ospiti sbattono le porte. Torneremo con piacere alla nostra prossima occasione”

“This Casa is amazing. The views are stunning all day and night. It is 350m+ up from Vernazza. If you are a hiker, the up and down will satisfy you. And for those who aren't there is a convenient bus with a stop in town at the post office and one for down at San Bernardino ... 10min walk from the stop to the house. There are no restaurants up high ... these are all in the villages. But mini fridges in the room for simple fare. The staff are charming and helpful. Always be prepared to walk if……

“There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.”

Unlike these new self-service hotels, this hotel is the example of how a hotel should be run, with staff who are readily available, a high-quality, broad-choice breakfast, decor that is tasteful and relaxing, and clean rooms with high ceilings in a solid building. I was concerned about the hotel being close to a main road, but the street noise was not as bad as I had thought it would be. The windows and building are solid enough to keep out most of the noise, and……
