"Clean room and staff"

"A nice gem near Bai Chay beach. This is my third time staying in this hotel and every time I enjoyed it so much. Thanks to all the staff for the excellent service. Will stay again."

"Spacious room; the buffet breakfast was very extensive and good"

"Great location, the staff was friendly. A delicious breakfast with lots of variety. I would stay again. Halong is very spread out and this was a good central location"

"Staff were great we had a great time Activities are fun"

"Was a great experience and friendly front desk staff"

"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"Beautiful place and well kept."

"Staff so nice the rooms are clean "

"Our rooms were spacious and clean. The owner and staffs were very nice and helpful. We thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely stay here again if we visit ha long. "

"Great location, very clean and friendly staff"

"This hotel is amazing! Absolutely beautiful, clean and organized down to every detail. I would highly recommend for a quiet trip. If you want nightlife, the location is far from the bay, but if you’re looking for a cheap but gorgeous place to stay, this is definitely it!"

"Great hotel for a stop before going out to Halong bay"

"👍"

"We stayed four nights in Ha Long, Hotel Vincent. The rooms are sparkling clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy- we loved every single detail of our stay. 100% recommended!"

"I would say the only complaint I had was the breakfast had some fruit flies flying around the stuff that was left out"

"Rooms were great with mezanine bedroom for 3, cute decor and good breakfast. Great location to explore and Sunworld but tucked away too. "

"Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. I also appreciated its low cost and convenient location. Very walkable and the nearby museum was awesome!"
