“The room was good but the service has been the worst experience of my life. Not to make a long story but Ashley at the front desk is so unprofessional, as is Bailey the manager. I was lied to, I wasted money, and when I escalated the situation, the hotel called me a liar even though I had proof to back up the truth. If you want a relaxing experience at a professional, honest hotel, this is NOT the one.”

“We booked this room because it was one of the only hotels that would sleep my family of 5. We figured at almost $200 a night it would be a nice clean place. Check in was smooth and easy but as soon as we walked in our room there was a dirty crusty rag sitting on the pull out couch which we were disgusted by.
