“A wonderful experience at The View Hotel. The rooftop view is absolutely amazing, overlooking the Nile River and the mountains. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at The View Hotel again on my next trip to Luxor. Highly recommended!”

“Staff were great. The hotel is falling apart. Evidently two of the owners passed away and the place seems to be struggling. Some of the public areas in the hotel look to be junk storage. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The place is situated in an unpleasant part of the West side. Breakfast was fine. I’m sorry I can’t offer a kinder review. I cannot recommend this hotel.”

The restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices — I was never disappointed with a single meal. They also assisted me in organizing my day trips with a reliable and trustworthy guide, which made the experience even better. “We stayed in a family suite and were very pleased with how clean and spacious it was. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made the stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The location is very close to the west bank ferry pier, which made catching the ferry super convenient. Breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. One thing to note: there's no microwave in the suite. Instead, there's a gas stove connected to a gas tank,……

“This is a hotel with a good location but average facilities. We booked 2 rooms of 30 square meters, but the size difference was obvious. There was no bathtub as marked. We suspected that the room was downgraded. We booked a view of the Nile River, but it was only a side view, which was very average. And the sunshine time was very short. At night, there was a lot of noise from motorcycles and cars around, and the windows were not soundproof at all.”
