We had a lovely weeks stay with 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 7-16) The house is well equipped and owners were friendly and helpful. It did help that my husbands mum and step dad speak fluently french as we may have struggled a bit otherwise with instructions regarding the spa and other bits. The pool was great and the house had plenty of room for the 12 of us. I think if anymore were staying you would need to be prepared to stay on the sofas that change into beds in common areas. The air conditioning was a great plus. Luzy is a pretty town and supermarkets were really close. Table tennis in the barn and pool table and kids toys went down really well.

Rustic rural accommodation ideal for families.
Booked this accommodation for all our family of six adults and three children plus dog to meet up and celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. The help provided by Anna the owner in organizing before our arrival outside caterers so we could celebrate the birthday in style at the accommodation was exceptional considering she spoke little English and I spoke no French. The wonders of Google translator for you. We found this large accommodation ideal for our family with plenty of games both inside and out to entertain the children and adults with the benefits of a sauna and good size jacuzzi for the adults to relax. The weather for our week in late October was exceptional however from the holiday makers perspective France does seem to shut down at this time of year making it difficult to find restaurants open for evening meals. Our only reservation about the property would be that only two toilets and one bathroom for the number of people that can be accommodated is sometimes testing.

A large house in a peaceful location however pictures need updating.
The house is extremely well equipped with plenty of facilities such as WiFi, pool table, jacuzzi, steam room to name a few. The kitchen is also well stocked to cater for larger groups. Luzy and the surrounding areas are very quiet but this did not detract from the holiday as we came to relax and enjoy the property and lovely weather. What did detract for us is that some of the promotional pictures are old and do not fully represent the property as it is now. An example of this being the swimming pool now has a full length semi permanent enclosed cover. Half of this can be slid back but this means the other half of the pool remains covered. To remove this in its entirety is not a five minute job, it is heavy and is the last thing you want to be doing when on holiday, and we were advised by the owner not to! We found this to be a real let down as the swimming pool is the priority item we look for when selecting a house. The water level in the pool was around 10cm lower than it should be. Another example is a second holiday home has been built within approximately 30 metres of this house. Whilst it has a high fence you do hear the noise from the occupants of this property which again is not ideal if you are looking for seclusion and the quietness of the French countryside. Finally, if you were travelling as a large group you would need to be quite close as there are only 2 small stand alone toilets in the property. There are two separate bathrooms (without toilets) however one of these is the ensuite to the main bedroom on the ground floor. There is an additional shower in the jacuzzi room however this is predominantly for using the jacuzzi and steam room.

Fantastic place!
Wow! What a beautiful place to stay! A great mix of rustic meets modern with a lovely pool, jacuzzi and sauna! All rooms are large with a great games room for pool and table football. Luzy is a sleepy town but very picturesque which has two supermarkets so everything you need. Would recommend a trip to Dijon on the train also as that is a beautiful city. Great place for bikes too as the roads are very quiet and fantastic scenery. Kids loved the pool and facilities too! Would recommend a small map to get to the property as it wasn’t very obvious when you got close but an extremely small recommendation! We would love to stay again! Thank you Ana!

Wonderful Farmhouse in a Peaceful Village
We all loved Ana's farmhouse. She and her husband were very sweet and helpful. We had plenty of space to gather together or have some time alone. The view from the yard is wonderful and having the cows come visit (in the fenced land next door) during the day was the best. The village of Luzy is also perfection. It has everything you need and it's fun to walk around. I would definitely return to Ana's house and hope that I'm able to do so.

Super week-end en famille
Super weekend en famille à 11. Propreté irréprochable. Tout était fait pour passer de bons moments : billard, babyfoot, sauna, jaccuzi, table de ping pong, plusieurs points de sono... nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine (février !!!) Mais ça doit être très sympa aux beaux jours. La vue est très jolie avec un ruisseau qui passe plus loin. Gare proche pour les personnes qui veulent rejoindre le groupe sans être véhiculées, la ligne de chemin de fer passe juste à côté mais sans aucun bruit entendu. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, les torchons fournis, la base pour débuter (sel poivre huile...), batterie de cuisine très complète. Étage sonore d'une chambre à l'autre, pas gênant pour nous car nous étions calés sur le même rythme mais peut être un peu gênant si ronfleur ou jeunes enfants qui ne font pas leur nuit. Une chambre à l'écart au rez de chaussée. Maison chaleureuse à l' image de l'accueil des hôtes.

Super week-end entre amis !
Etant un groupe de 15 amis de toute la France, de Belgique et de Suisse, nous avons été enchantés du week-end passé. L'arrivée est très flexible, les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants. L'endroit est parfait pour un week-end, le lieu est excentré et calme, le logement est spacieux, propre et le matériel est quasiment neuf, tout fonctionne parfaitement (une rareté pour ce type de location de grande taille !). Tous les équipements de cuisine sont fonctionnels et il y a largement assez de vaisselle pour un grand groupe. Toutes les activités attendues sont présentes (Sono, babyfoot, billard, ping pong). Le spa est parfait, j'y ai personnellement passé la majorité de mon week-end ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir en été pour profiter de la piscine, et je vous le conseille chaleureusement !
