「The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers.」
