「As a guest who has stayed at this hotel at different times, I can say that the food and beverage service during the holiday period was by far the best. The helpfulness of the staff truly adds value to the hotel. Despite being the winter season, the mini club activities for children were very successful. Looking forward to seeing you again!」

「這次在安卡拉的住宿體驗非常糟糕，提醒台灣旅客注意，除非沒有其他飯店，不然請務必避雷這家飯店： 1. 房型廣告不實：我們訂的三間標準房，中間都有一根大柱子，照片完全未顯示。 2. 非吸菸房卻充滿煙味(3006)：一開門就是濃烈菸味，員工否認並推責，還說「不喜歡可以找旅行社取消」。在我們堅持30分鐘後才勉強換房。 3. 設施老舊：隔音差、洗澡水忽冷忽熱、廁所無換氣、冷氣忽冷忽熱、沒有棉被，額外要毯子還要收10美金。 4. 服務態度差：員工不友善，甚至多次要求或暗示小費（每次5–10美金）。 雖然房價不高（一晚約100美金），但誠信、基本舒適與尊重才是最重要的。這間飯店不僅設施差，服務人員的態度更讓人懷疑是否針對亞洲旅客。建議三思再訂。」

「Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. 」
