"Check it was easy. Very big, open spaces for being a single bedroom condo. They had multiple sleeping arrangements, even though we used the main bed. Had enough cooking utensils to make anything we wanted. I did wish the TVs were bigger, maybe that's just a personal gripe but still being that we stayed in a lot it was something I noticed. The price compared to hotels near the area was unbeaten. And even though it was down the street from the College and a elementary school, it was very quiet...

"The photos do not do this place justice! Its very spacious and has a cute backyard where you can grill or hang out. High ceilings and the place did look new. We did see that there was a crack in the second bathroom, in the bath tub. The water spout for the bathtub also looked like it was coming out of the wall. "Stayed here for the Jalapeno 100 bike ride. The house was clean, well organized and a great layout. Especially appreciated the dual drip coffee/k-cup Ninja coffee maker. Easy access to restaurants downtown and the start of the bike ride. Will book again for the bike ride next year!"

Would suggest an “instruction booklet” to provide information specific to property, available TV channels/ operation, thermostat...

"The only issues we encountered with this property were that the downstairs shower and one of the upstairs showers had very little water pressure. Also the ice maker downstairs does not work."
