It is not fancy, but clean, well kept, great staff. Rooms are good size, and I'm in a wheelchair. Nice roll in shower, can roll under kitchen and bath sinks. Quite secure, you have to be a guest to get to the area where rooms are located. Plenty of parking, handicapped right in front.

The linens were filthy., the wash clothes turned dingy when wet. But perhaps that’s what you get for $65 I just needed a quick stay. It was clean enough but the linens were really bad

The hotel seemed to be utilized as an extended stay for local construction workers so it was a bit more busy than a typical hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful and the laundry facility was great.

Ground floor rooms near lobby hear everything going on in the lobby. The rear exit door slammed and squeaked whenever opened and closed. Stay was good, staff extremely helpful but would not recommend a room near on the first floor.

Was okay but no one was at the front desk when we checked in or needed them, had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Phone in the room did not work, room looked cleaned though.

Check in was fine, room was dirty, found old contact lenses on the floor. The bed had basically just two sheets on it, no blankets. Just felt dirty all around.

Room was clearly not mopped - wiping up some spilled water off the floor the towel came up brown with dirt; sink had a brown ring in the drain as did the ring around the shower handle. The floor corner of the bathtub where water often seeps past the shower curtain onto the floor was caked with brown dirt - had not been cleaned for a while. The redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is newly built so everything still looks and feels new, but they are not doing a good job of keeping it clean.

The woman that greeted us was great! However the gentleman that was there in the morning was rather blunt. There was no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning and the tub had a big crack in the bottom, you could also feel that the bottom was very weak. So, when I went down to get coffee and ask for some lotion I asked the front desk clerk about the hot water, his response was, "well there are 83 guests trying to take showers, I know" then when I asked for lotion he told me "we have shampoo and soap" ok, and then I went to get a cup of coffee and that was empty as well. So the morning was rather rude and uninviting. This was a room with a kitchenette, there was nothing there other than the appliances, no cup or plates, silverware nothing. It was a rather sterile and minimal environment. Needless to say we won't be staying here ever again.
