「This place is amazing the staff is next level helpful and warm and make you feel like family. It’s in a really good part of this area with great restaurants and night time entertainment. Also in walking distance to a bakery that is absolutely amazing this coming for someone how lives in NY says a lot about that bakery, I have stayed at a lot of hotels and resorts and have not found staff that treat you as well as the staff here does.」

「This place was absolutely disgusting, we walked in and there were roaches on the bed, room was dirty, sheets looked unwashed. Needless to say we got our money refunded and left.」

「I booked this hotel while on the road. I got confirmation that the hotel room was booked and waiting for me on arrival. Once I got there I was told there were no rooms available for the night. I never received a notification about the cancelation and yet they charged my credit card.」

「A/C issues while we were there, but the rooms were fine and unaffected. Only the halls were hot and they had fans on. We did not receive room service such as cleaning rooms and restocking of towels; I even asked for this. I spent some time at the pool. The pump was not on, the pool was cloudy, and was not well cleaned. However, the staff that day was great!」

「The hotel needed better management as far as cleanliness and they lack the ability to make the guest aware of their amenities. We were looking forward to using the pool but they fail to mention that the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. This was disappointing and I had to ask if they could accommodate us in anyway and the front desk had no suggestions but for us to stay at another Fairfield 20 miles away.」

「It’s a family hotel. The front desk clerk took forever checking out done youths that were purchasing some drinks. The room smelled stale. It looked clean but didn’t feel clean like other hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom curtain had mold stains on it which it’s ridiculous and unhygienic.」
