“5 years ago, we spent the night here when this place was brand new. It was great. no issues no problems. Fast forward to today: The place has gone to bleep. The have not upgraded or even maintained the property at all. The 10ft dog run where you can let your dog go potty used to have grass; no more. It's a dirt spot now. The key fob reader for the side entrance door is broke, so enjoy the walk all the way around to the front of the hotel. Took me 15 mins to figure out how to get the shower head……

“Terrible. I tried to cancel. Expedia said it was up to property. Property said talk to Expedia. Pointing fingers at each other. I had a medical condition and had to cancel plans to fly home. Hope you enjoyed being paid for an unused room. I blame both businesses”

“This property is old and somewhat outdated, however it was clean and suitable. A star off for the lobby scent that was overwhelming and off-putting. Not a fan of that, so if you are sensitive to smells this place might not be for you. (We laughed and wondered if they were trying to mask another smell) Husband said his breakfast omelette was very good; entire staff seemed friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“Bed sheets were dirty, hair was found in the sheets and on the toilet. Small roach in one of the beds. Stairs had trash and debris throughout into the hallways. Marijuana smell lingered through the halls. Did not end up staying overnight.”

“The property was great for this price range, I will definitely come back. It was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good. The walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbors.”

“The hotel was okay, I have 3 major complaints. First and most significantly is the price gouging. Our rate for Tuesday was $94, but jumped to $339 for Friday night for the same room due to Tech graduation. This is a Ridiculous ripoff!!! Second, the hotel has NO ice machine. Ice is ONLY available via the ice maker in the fridge. It was empty when we entered the room, and it took 5 hours for the first batch of 10 cubes to drop. Thus we had to buy ice in order to have ice.
