"L'Hôtel est géré par des charlatans Les problèmes avec l'hôtel le caïd à Bou Saada ont commencé dès mon arrivé le lundi 27 mai. Ayant réservé par le site hôtel.com qui eux même passe par un autre intermédiaire IDH TOUR, il m'a fallu plus d'une heure pour pouvoir accéder à ma chambre car apparemment il y des problèmes entre IDH tour et l'hôtel et cela été à moi d'appeler les plateformes pour qu'il transfert l'argent à l'hôtel. Une fois ce problème réglé ayant enfin accès à ma chambre, problème...
