“Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. ”

There's a 7-11 three minutes away, a great coffee shop on the corner, a supermarket within 10 minutes walk if you want to cook, and amazing restaurants within 5 or 10 minutes in any direction. You can get your laundry done for you at the corner for a few hundred pesos, the guards at the front door keep the building safe, and the aircon in the suite works great. 10 out of 10!”
