"It's a beautiful resort. Pools were great and you didn't really have to fight for chairs. My only complaint is that the hotel has the AC on way too high, you need a winter coat while you are inside."

"Rooms could use a deep clean, walls, and vacuum…especially bathroom. But everything else was perfect. The staff is so friendly. The pools are magnificent. Nice to walk around and see the beauty and also relax with a frozen drink or ice cream. Would love to go back. "

"False Advertising of a nice room and said it listed pictures all the way at the end of the photo gallery. Did not even at the very minimum change location to another one of their properties to accommodate the unclean and unsafe environment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! "

"Unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay at all..we weren’t there long before we booked an alternative hotel and moved the next day. Firstly - there was no staff when we got there. The room did smell like it had been cleaned and was tidy but the smell of disinfectant was really strong therefore not pleasant. The hotel was really dated and the front door of the hotel was like an old UPVC door that did not shut properly or lock and with no reception staff, we just didn’t feel particularly safe during the night therefore didn’t sleep well, although that may also have been due to the small hard bed we were on. You could hear everything outside the room and I heard a guest tell who I assume was the cleaner that he had cut himself pretty badly on something from his bathroom and there was a lot of blood (on the towels). This made me uneasy as to what he cut himself on as it sounded like it was something from the room, not his stuff. Our showers hot water tap only worked if you turned the cold tap enough therefore making the shower cold. And when I went to dispense the soap, the dispenser broke. Safe to say we were up and out before 9am and moved to a different hotel/location which allowed us to salvage the last part of our trip. I get it’s a 2 star place and maybe my expectations were too high but for what we paid, it just didn’t reflect the experience. I’m just gutted I didn’t realise until it was too late and wasted our money."
