「We had a great time staying at Roland's place for three nights. It's a nice simple setup, clean, small kitchen, two nice bedrooms. Just what we needed for a brief stay while we hit up a nearby music festival. Telegraph Avenue is a short walk away and downtown Oakland a slightly longer walk. 「This was our third stay in this condo. We love it. This time we had beautiful weather and could enjoy the sunny living room and small patio. A hummingbird visited one morning! No trouble with the door lock this time. Appreciate the recycling and composting facilities (which you can find downstairs in the parking garage by taking the elevator near the trash chute.)
