「we had a great time at Muckross Hotel. Only thing I would say is you have to call in that you want to use the pool and spa area. which we would have known because we didn’t get to use it. 」

「Great location, walking distance to the centre of town. Didn’t have breakfast but the bar on site and food for dinner was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very handy that the hotel had on-site parking.」

「Close to city center and have a very nice church opposite to it. The breakfast is awesome and the room is neat and tidy. Though it is a little bit dark. If you are expecting a hot shower , sorry it may disappointed you. The water pressure may not be satisfying you. 」

「The quality of the hotel was exceeded only by the quality of the staff. Everyone was courteous, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, especially the mattress, and the bathrooms crystal clean. And the breakfast was outstanding. The Arbutus gets our highest recommendation. I」
