"We got the South tower without noticing, it was outdated, but the front desk was very nice to change our room to the main tower "

The location is easily accessible to transit to get to downtown / main tourist locations. There are also some really nice sights in the immediate walkable area. Found the access to the shopping malls really helpful for all the convenient dining options. Would love to stay again if we return to Japan!"

"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"

"The location is terrific. Next to the stations. A lot of dinning & shopping options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although you can tell the rooms are a little bit of old compared to some other hotels around here, but they do keep the them nice and clean."
