"The caravan was very clean and not what we expected at all. There was plenty of room on the inside for the 3year old to play and the wrap around decking let him run round outside without us having to keep an eye on him all the time. It is as also within walking distance of the complex which was nice. Overall we had a very nice few days, the only thing is most of the activities are closed on a Friday."

"Stayed in the church view suite. Booked last minute and recieved a warm and welcoming phone call with all check in information. Room is absolutely stunning no matter what the occasion. "

"It was a pleasure to stay at the White Hart. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to be helpful. We had coffees and also a lunch, whilst staying there. Both were excellent and not over-priced. The hotel is old but oozes old-world charm. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is right in the centre of town. The hotel is by the river (the Witham, maybe?) with the magnificent Boston Stump (St Botolph's Church Tower) across the river. Being old, the hotel layout is 'interesting' but characterful. It was quite a fair walk to our room, back and forth and up several sets of stairs but the room was clean and modern, as was the bathroom. We would definitely consider staying there again."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all fabulous, so helpful and attentive, friendly and very welcoming. The food is excellent, delicious breakfast with so much choice and variety and the restaurant and bar menu was perfect and again delicious. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We initially had some problems working the the bath taps ( a nice water temperature was difficult to achieve and they were difficult to turn off fully) but we got the hang of it and a plumber was due to call to fix it. The gardens are very pretty and there is plenty of parking. We would definitely highly recommend The Leagate Inn and would love to stay there again "

"They could of been a car park with the hotel but therexwas not and i think it is wrong thatcwe had to pay for car park aswell "

"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely comfortable rooms and facilities, lovely outside seating area too. Eating area is in basement. All areas very tastefully set out on all levels and in rooms. Very good hospitality trays in rooms. Brilliant tasty breakfasts. Everything you need. Quite a few steps into hotel and within. No lift as it’s such an old building but we managed well with luggage & with help of owners too. Heat wave while we were there, so I was very grateful for the large resident fans in rooms. Nice touch. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful hidden treasure of a hotel, great location for visiting Lincolnshire and nearby Norfolk. I’ll definitely be returning."

"Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh "
