“Potholes around the property! Wi-Fi kept cutting out so gave up in the end! Quite comfortable! Not as good as the caravan I stayed in on the other side of the lake, but overall reasonably priced!”

“Our first time to Boston and came across this place by accident. Friendly welcome on arrival. The venue doubles as a bar and hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious and have plenty of amenities including iron/hairdryer/table top fan and even a microwave. There is private access separate to the bar of needed. ”

“We stayed 2 nights. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Room was a lot more spacious than I thought it would be. Very happy. Lovely lady who checked us in and lovely staff in the bar for breakfast and dinner. I can’t remember the lady’s names but very lovely and friendly. It really made our stayed having staff that wanted to talk and see how your day went. ”

“This was the second time we have stayed here. It is a hotel in a listed building. The rooms are a little smaller than you might like but are very well presented. A listed building, so no air conditioning, small windows, no views and no lift. Bedrooms are all on the first floor so no good if you can't get up stairs. Would have been nice if the young man in reception had offered to help with the luggage as we were obviously pensioners. Location is perfect, just a walk across a bridge……

“The lodge has a lovely aspect, with uninterrupted views over the lake, it is extremely well equipped catering for all your needs. Unfortunately the information folder was missing so we had to contact the owner to get the WiFi code. The owner’s put in an awful lot of effort into the presentation of the lodge and even decorating it for Easter, much appreciated. Tattershall lakes itself is extremely large and signage is poor so you end up driving round and round trying to find the way out. The……

“Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. “Very convenient in town position, secure building with key code entrance from the street then stairs to the 1st floor entrance area with decking seating area. Entry key code for room key. Small kitchen area with tea & coffee but unfortunately no kettle! Very pleasant bedroom with TV comfie bed plenty of draws & wardrobe. Shared shower room very well designed. All very clean and well presented.”

“We stayed for a night for my birthday and my father in laws birthday and we spent the afternoon in front of the fire which was so cosy and relaxing. We then had dinner and had the famous ribs…we were all blown away by the quantity and quality of meat. The staff were incredibly friendly! The room we stayed in was huge and comfortable. “This magnificent building has been refurbished to an incredibly high standard. Our room was superb, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Parking right outside the front door at £4.00 for 24Hrs. A tip; when you drive out, don't try to go out the same way as you come in as there are spikes to prevent you from doing so. You actually drive out through what looks like it is the church grounds.”
