This is definitely a DIY house or a really bad contractor was at work here. Still a decent spot The location was really run down but it was so run down that it was almost an abandoned neighborhood so it felt kinda “safe”. This is only a good option only if the hotels are more expensive for an overnight stay. 3.5 out 5 stars

House was cute and clean. Was perfect for a one night stop on our trip. The house was right off the interstate and didn’t see much to do in the immediate area, but the university is very close.

My daughter, husband, and I stopped in Macon for a quick trip in order to visit Mercer University. This home was just perfect for an overnight stop. It was SO close to the university and Macon. We enjoyed our trip and host. We would stay here again, and I am sure that we will since our daughter has decided to attend Mercer next year!!

The unit is very cozy and well equipped. I got to town much later than expected, but the host got back to me quickly, on Thanksgiving, when I wasn't able to unlock the front door. I thought the bed was very comfortable. weather we night
