"Very friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean hotel. Rooms and beds very comfortable with most rooms having a sea view. Lovely pool area well screened to offer privacy. Excellent location within walking distance of old town and port. Bus stops nearby if mobility an issue. No on site evening restaurant but plenty within walking distance. Handy for many attractions. Lovely breakfast and bar sells tasty lunch items."

"Overall, we had a very good experience. Fulchetta’s communication was outstanding throughout the booking process and leading up to our arrival. Check-in and check-out with Pina were easy, informative, and very helpful.The property was very clean, charming, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location is outstanding—you’re right in the heart of Alghero’s historic district, with shops, restaurants, cafés, and everything else just steps away. It was a fantastic location for exploring the city on foot.A couple of things to be aware of: the room requires using stairs. We knew this before booking, but if you have difficulty with stairs, this property may not be the best choice. The water pressure is also a little low, but considering the age and historic nature of the building, this was completely understandable and wasn’t an issue for us. Be patient with parking it takes time to find a free space but doable if you don’t want to pay for parking. We had a wonderful time staying here and exploring Alghero. The charm of the property combined with the incredible location made for a memorable stay. We would happily recommend it!"

"The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."
