「This property should be shut down. I don't know where to start with this review, It was dirty and I felt uncomfortable around the staff」

「No towels when we went to take a shower.」

「The loud noise of the heater when operating is very annoying. It’s a walking distance to MNSU. 」

「Loved the pool area. There was fun seating areas and lots of chairs and tables. Plus a room to play games and watch tv. Our whole family enjoyed staying and the kids had a ton of fun. We were able to order food from the restaurant and eat it in the pool area too. Which was great so the kids could still play. 」

「The pool was unheated and had bugs floating in it. The hot tub was unusable and filled with sludge (though he did tell us when we arrived that the hot tub was out of order). They had a waffle maker but no batter and the toaster took several rounds to get partially toasted bread. Our bathtub had hair in it. Beds were fine. I chose this hotel based on ratings and was very surprised at what we encountered. The staff was friendly, but given all of our other issues, I wouldn’t stay here again. 」

「The hotel was very clean and unique building. The breakfast box in the fridge and the bottles of water were a really nice touch and appreciated. The only thing that would have been nice was a bigger window. 」

「Only problem was they gave me a king room instead of the double queen i booked. They were kind and courteous and fix the problem in a timely manner. I did get my double queen room i booked 」

「I gave the overall 4-star rating because the manager (owner?) was so helpful and eager to make my stay comfortable. Having said that, the place is undergoing remodeling so the current (unremodeled) rooms are dated and a bit rundown, but they have everything you need if you're not planning on spending all day in the room; a comfortable bed, a functioning bathroom, streaming TV, and even a little couch and desk. I look forward to staying here again when the renovations are complete.」
