"Customer services wasn’t good."

"Overall the stay at this hotel was good. However, the floor in my room was very dirty. I let the staff know it was dirty but it didn't seem like they cleaned it after I let them know so wasn't happy about that. Also, I did not like that there was no included breakfast. Given the price of the room their should be a complementary breakfast. Those are my only complaints as the hotel was actually nice and so was the staff. The pool and spa was great as well."

"I did not stay in the room at all. The bed had bed bugs and i had been scratching my legs. Also, when getting into the shower, there was insects/ants. I did not feel comfortable and left the hotel immediately. I was clearly disappointed. Never staying here again!"
