"Checked in and to a room that was occupied. Thankfully nobody was in it at the time. Long walk back to get another room and walked the long way back to a different room. Then the tv didn’t work so I had to call the front desk for help. This morning the hair dryer didn’t work so I called the front desk and was told she would try to find one. Never did so I had to go to the airport with wet hair. Pictures of the hotel are a lot better online than they really are. The place needs some work. Won’t stay there again. "

"Rooms were clean, staff were good. But the hotel rooms' arrangement is very confusing & misleading. Took us half an hour to find our building and then our room. Plus, hotel rooms are missing a basic amenities like a spoon. Asking on the phone, we got a negative reply. "
