"It was so easy to check in. The staff was nice. Valet parking was so easy and they were all very nice. You can come and go as u wish but everything is in walking distance so really don’t need your car much. Our room was nice on the 6th floor. Entertainers were great. They had a buffet for extra cost we didn’t eat there but looked amazing and busy when it was open. The pool and hot tub were clean and had extra towels also had movie night which I thought was fun for the kids . It is a pet friendly resort but u couldn’t tell because they keep it clean. It did get busy at times but staff were always very friendly. We liked it alot already planning our next trip"

"Great location to main areas of South Lake Tahoe. Parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Coffee shop is amazing! Perfect spot for a quick get away."
