「The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. Our host was responsive to all inquiries, and checked in to see if we had any needs mid-stay.The property is in a quiet location, but close to town and all that Redding has to offer is nearby. The unit was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely, clean, and had sun all day. We will definitely be back! Awesome VRBO!!」

「I was up here for work and stayed two nights. Very comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. Plenty of shaded street parking.」

「The place is smelly, dirty and the owner would not communicate with us at all until the rental had concluded. The reviews on this place are bogus: The photos are misleading. It’s a rental connected to the primary residence. The price should be about 1/3 of the asking price. It was so musty smelling that my wife and I didn’t even stay there and rented a hotel instead of staying there. Don’t waste your money.」
