"Staff was friendly and very helpful. They let us know to leave early in the morning to visit Yosemite so that we would have space to park at the different sights! Pool and security was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the outdoor sitting right outside our door. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Looked like they were under renovation while we were there. Only complaint would be shampoo, conditioner, and body soap bottles were completely empty."

"The room was clean, and breakfast was acceptable, but overall both feel average and in need of improvement. Considering this is one of the few hotels in the area, I expected a higher level of quality relative to the price."

"Margaritaville (which used to be the old Embassy Suites) was a good place to stay before our daughter’s cheer competition at the event center. The girl at the desk who checked us in was a little short with me when I asked about self parking versus valet. You can either pay $40 to valet with them or drive behind Harrah’s and park overnight there for $20. The room was set up a little like a “motel indoors” as each room had a window. I was concerned there would be excessive noise but it was incredibly quiet on the 8th floor. The room was clean although the tables were a little scratched and looked worn. Amenities were fine: hairdryer, towels, good water pressure for the shower which was appreciated. The indoor pool is small but our child appreciated being able to splash around and liked that they played a movie around 6pm for the kids to enjoy while being in the pool. We had breakfast the next morning and the staff there was EXCELLENT. A little pricey but there was a good selection to choose from. Overall, a very nice place to stay. License to Chill Bar was cute. The other restaurants were either not open or not open while we were awake so we went elsewhere for dinner. Resort fees and the valet parking are really my only 2 complaints. They’re both on the high side in relation to the amenities provided. Would stay here again but might look at other options closer to the event center in the future if the price is better with lower fees and self parking. "
