“When I booked our stay a year ago, the website said "make yourself at home with guestrooms featuring minibars" , there was restaurant and bar/lounge on the hotel information. Our refrigerator had two bottles of water, there is no bar and no restaurant from Monday to Friday. There was a Keurig, pound cake and fruit i.e. apples, available on the weekdays, but once the Cafe opened we had to buy coffee or tea, the Keurig disappeared.
The beds were really comfortable. The rooms clean, but small,……

“The place is in dire need of a makeover.
In the bathroom...
No exhaust fan...
Hinges and towel racks are rusted...
Wall paper is peeling off the walls...
Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot...
Door has noticeable cracks.
The front half of the room had no lights.
Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.”

“Before our arrival, the host provided clear driving directions, recommended great restaurants, and shared helpful tips for accessing the beach and finding parking. She even asked if we’d like fresh fruit, so when we arrived, we found a bowl of fruit waiting for us, bottled water in the refrigerator, and the air conditioning and fan already running to keep the space cool and comfortable.
