The place is clean and modern; there is a good breakfast and hot beverages all day long. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again!

Poor excuse
Well, except for the barking dog “service dog”, right. I believe there were family members there that were not paying guests. The one with the dog especially. I get off the elevator and this dog starts barking at me aggressively. Couple people at the breakfast bar, the way they were talking to the staff, first name basis about personal things, in pajamas, like an older teenager who might have a mental handicap and built up 3 plates and said , “oh they will bring more sausage gravy out”, the kitchen staff had no idea they were out. Not the greatest experience. But hey, nothing will be done about it. Stayed here as opposed to Sleep Inn because we usually stay at a Hilton. Just a low grade on this one

Great in every way
As always the entire staff is amazing! No matter whether it is the GM, front desk staff or the cleaning and maintenance staff they never cease to amaze. The are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The rooms are always spotless! Also, if you are in town they offer a winery tour and can give you spectacular recommendations on where to visit.

Pleasantly surprised
Needed a place to stay and didn’t want to stay in St Louis. I found this place just to the east of St Louis. When we opened the door to room 11, I felt a sense of relief at this charming and very clean room. The bed was cozy and we had plenty of linens. Much too often small motels are like the Bates Motel, but this was different. It was also nice to have a restaurant that serves real home cooked food. I woke up refreshed because it was quite quiet through the night and the bed was so comfy. I will definitely stay here again when I pass through.

Exceptional modern clean hotel
What a marvelous hotel! So clean and modern -- not dumb modern, but actually functional smart design -- and everything worked like new. Incredibly comfortable bed, excellent luxury shower, loved having a coffee maker and fridge. Lots of storage. It was perfect. The 2 staff at the night desk were distracted, one was openly planning a trip for themselves (that's fine, but they shouldn't do it in front of a guest). I was checked in just fine, but I was treated a little like I was interrupting their discussion. The morning crew looked great, very friendly, but there was no one at the desk at checkout time, which seemed odd.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Just an overnight stop for us. Breakfast choices were good. Didn't like the barn door on the bathroom/closet. Didn't allow for privacy.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and the hotel was well kept and inviting. The beds were great and we would definitely return to this Hampton.
