「Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool water was a bit cloudy and the spa jets were inoperable.」

「When I checked in the staff member argued with me about paying even though the room was already paid for. Parking spots are very small. We have a medium sized SUV and it didn’t fit inside the parking lot lines. They gave us a room on the second floor. The elevator was broken so we had to bring everything up stairs that were covered in stained carpet. The hallways smelled like a zoo. When we got into the room we discovered the AC was not functioning. It stayed about 85 degrees the entire time....

「Oh my heavens! This is absolutely the loveliest place....maybe the best we've ever stayed in! And we've stayed in many lovely places. We loved all of the art and special touches all the way down to the dishes, tea set, appropos books and cookbooks...and esPECIALly the kitchen aprons. They are lovely! The hats, rope, and gauchos are also such a great addition. And all the accoutrement at the front of the house makes it even all the more special. It has such a homey Southwest feel...and we...
