"Overall, everything was very good. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The breakfast was magnificent. There was a wide variety of everything. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I don't know if things have changed, but the guys at the door do NOT help with the suitcases. Finally, the bathroom amenities are very basic. "Breakfast (buffet) is a little expensive for my taste; however, you can get a discount if you talk to the front desk. The buffet is still a very convenient feature, specially if you schedule an early-hour tour to Toledo, Segovia,etc. Cafeterias and bars tend to open later in the morning."
