Water Issues entire week

The apartment was clean and had a great location. The family felt very safe and the description was accurate. We had hot water issues the entire stay. The contact person responded immediately with a photo guide on how to reset the hot water tank which was helpful but we didn't realize we would have to reset it for each and every use. Definitely a pain! Never again!! Very disappointing.

Excelente ubicación, sin embargo comunicación limitada para resolver inconvenientes

Fuimos un grupo de 5. Nos fallo la caldera, por lo que no tuvimos agua caliente durante nuestra estadía. A pesar de reportarlo en la noche, mandaron a mantenimiento hasta un día después, dijeron que lo solucionaron pero al revisar daba el mismo error. No habían dejado edredón para el sofá cama, lo llevaron hasta la tercera noche. Hasta que insistimos nos dieron un contacto de WhatsApp para una comunicación más eficiente
