Near Lavapies metro (the best line in terms of access to all of Madrid) the apartment is on a very quiet side street only 1.5 blocks away. Lavapies is a beautiful historic center area and close to everything you want to see in Madrid. It’s :25 easy walk to the Prado, :12 walk to Atocha, and a quick :30 to the airport by car, there are lots of great restaurants and cafeterias to enjoy steps from the unit. This cozy and pleasant property features 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus sofa bed, and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and hair dryer. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine, iron, heating, WiFi, AC, tv, dishwasher.. We think our place will help you experience everything Madrid has to offer. Checkin is 4 pm or later and checkout is no later than 11 am.

Room was clean and comfortable. One day, we had an issue with a running toilet and the host was able to arrange for a plumber quickly, considering it was a weekend.

This is a very neat neighborhood with a lively cafe life in the evenings. We loved how close it was to walk to the Prado, the Reina Sofia, and the Thyssen Museums. We also enjoyed the Botanical Gardens. The kitchen was well equipped and detergent and cleaning supplies were included. We were close to a subway station and were able to connect to the train for day trips to Segovia and Salamanca. If you arrive before check-in there is luggage storage around the corner at City Locker. The shower was great with plenty of hot water.

The location was great. We could walk to everything. There was a supermarket just a couple of blocks away. Communication was a little lacking on the day of check in. The picture for where the key was located didn’t really match reality.

Clean, cool space was so welcome on a warm afternoon. Great internet, great neighborhood. My GPS had a little difficulty locating the address, but some nice neighbors assisted us.

Clean, modern stay close to train, museums, and Lavapies.

Wonderful air conditioned apartment close to Reina Sofia, Atocha, and many good restaurants and grocery options. The place has modern updates and would be livable for a trip to Madrid, although we only used it as a stop on a longer trip. Beds were comfortable and the place had all necessary cooking utensils and even laundry.

Enjoy Madrid at Lavapies neighborhood

This is a great location, super safe and friendly. It is very centric and close to lots of bars restaurants and typical historical sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We travel with two small kids and they were very comfortable. We walked 15-20 min to many tourist attractions and it is easy to walk to main avenue to get a taxi. Lots of little stores with pastries and fresh fruit around was a plus for easy breakfast before starting the day.
