Advertised as 4 star hotel but lacking. No luggage cart, no bell hop, I had to drag my bags from taxi to my room. No kleenex, pen, no connverter for plugs, no coffee machine inroom and no way to get coffee unless you have a credit card and put into a machine in the lobby like a gas station. My card did not work. No coffee. No laundry service or press your shirt service. They have one iron but no small ironing board. Soap so tiny.small plastic chair at desk. No chair in room beside that. No workout room. Absolutly nothing around the hotel as it is in a commercial locked down section of food shipping. Must give toll booth code to have taxi get in. No where, I mean no where to walk to get anything. I got there on Sunday. No food, restaruant closed on Sunday. Nothing. Nada. I was shocked it was rated as 4 star. I bought a French press at Centro thank goodness. The bus is very close for food workers, and I was able to go on the bus and change at metro subway to get to Centro, so that was nice and convienient way to get out inexpensively. I was at a workshop in the venue next door is why I was there.

Stayed here for a visit to the Madrid Open tennis. Arrived at 12.30 & staff were very friendly letting me check in immediately before heading to stadium. Uber was €6.50 each way & was really quick. AC was nice & cool. Free bag of sweets. Would be better if there was some water provided, only way to get this is vending machine at reception lobby. Same with tea/coffee.
