Took me like 2 hours to check in bc I had no instructions on how to enter room. Room was tiny and hot as hell. Couldn’t control the AC…panel was like from the 60s. Was woken up by noisy cleaning staff. Basically had to tell them to shut up. Never again.

The Room and staff were really nice. The only difficulty that we had is that we didn't realize that it required online check in as it is not a regular hotel. Is within a Building on the 6th floor. But once we called the number on the email received we could find the way in! The room and view was Excellent!

Lo peor del hotel es que se escucha todo, cada huésped que llega, la gente que alli trabaja, es casi dormir con la puerta abierta. La habitación es ok, no le sobra nada y podria estar mucho mejor, la ubicacion es excelente, y el hotel muy seguro

We got the king room, size was small but perfect for our one night stay. Very clean and we had a great view of the old historic hotel across the street. It’s basic, but price was excellent and next to Barrio de las Letras where there are some excellent, trendy restaurants and shops!
