Very nice, very clean apartment furniture in living ineed room needs updating. Chair is broken etc.

Amazing location and a gorgeous apartment!

We chose this based on proximity to metro stops and the restaurants/shops nearby. The apartment was enough space for us. The beds were comfortable, water was hot for all showers, and we felt safe here, even walking at night. Thanks for having us!

Lovely apartment

This is a very comfortable apartment. It has a surprising amount of space. The building is on a quiet well lit street close to all the major sites in Madrid. Sol was always responsive and easy to communicate with. Sol was great

Bright, modern, comfortable apartment close to the sights

This 3 bedroom apartment is bright and spacious and has a modern design aesthetic. We loved most how convenient it was to the major sights — most are walkable or reached via a nearby metro station. The kitchen is well-stocked and the owner, Sol, is lovely and responsive. It is a wonderful place to stay in Madrid.

Beatiful Apartment in Perfect Location

Sol was very easy to communicate with both leading up to and during the rental. The apartment is nicely appointed and was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go (The Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and The Prado to name a few).

Great Location

Great lication walking distance to city attraction in Madrid. Host very nice and accommodating. Keep in mind no working elevator in building. Aside from that everything was great.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Close to metro, sol and plaza mayor. Apartment is first floor so you need to carry bags up some stairs but no problem. Apartment is beautifully presented with everything you need and is an excellent base for exploring the city. We were a family of 5 and plenty of space for us all. Great communication and way check in

My family of 5 (ages 45y -70yrs) stayed here in Dec 2022. The location was great. Communication with property manager was easy. Not a complaint, but to provide info, there is a washer, but not a dryer. The unit provides a drying rack, which we used and our clothes were dry by next day.

Wonderful apartment in Madrid!

Our family of 5 spent 4 days in Madrid over Christmas. We loved Sol's apartment! It was beautiful, clean, and centrally located. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants, the train station. We were able to cook our Christmas eve dinner in the spacious kitchen. Sol provided a lot of information for visitors and arranged transportation from the airport which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Madrid!
