Amazing location and a gorgeous apartment!

We chose this based on proximity to metro stops and the restaurants/shops nearby. The apartment was enough space for us. The beds were comfortable, water was hot for all showers, and we felt safe here, even walking at night. Thanks for having us!

This place was wonderful…only a short walk from Plaza Mayor and many other Madrid highlights. Sol was an incredible host … very helpful and accomodating.

Sol’s apt is the best !! Location is perfect, beds are comfortable , lots of towels , nice bathrooms and so close to everything ! Highly recommend this apt!!

Madrid city beauty

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Close to metro, sol and plaza mayor. Apartment is first floor so you need to carry bags up some stairs but no problem. Apartment is beautifully presented with everything you need and is an excellent base for exploring the city. We were a family of 5 and plenty of space for us all. Great communication and way check in

Great Location

Great lication walking distance to city attraction in Madrid. Host very nice and accommodating. Keep in mind no working elevator in building. Aside from that everything was great.

Apartment was stocked with basics including towels, shampoo and bath gel. Very clean. Has washer but not dryer. Street noise at night was loud. Great location on small street. We walked to everything from here. Great communication with us. Easy check-in and check out. Would rent again!

My family of 5 (ages 45y -70yrs) stayed here in Dec 2022. The location was great. Communication with property manager was easy. Not a complaint, but to provide info, there is a washer, but not a dryer. The unit provides a drying rack, which we used and our clothes were dry by next day.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was great...good location, clean and fairly well equipped. However, despite the Vrbo. Website stating there was parking on site, there was no parking....one of the reasons we booked the apartment was because it clearly stated parking. Also, the air conditioning was not very efficient

Wonderful apartment in Madrid!

Our family of 5 spent 4 days in Madrid over Christmas. We loved Sol's apartment! It was beautiful, clean, and centrally located. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants, the train station. We were able to cook our Christmas eve dinner in the spacious kitchen. Sol provided a lot of information for visitors and arranged transportation from the airport which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Madrid!

Outstanding Apartment

I was pleasantly surprised to see such a beautiful clean apartment ! You can’t help but worry the apt is not going to look exactly as you see in the photos but this Apartment was perfect !! And the location was just as perfect - close to Plazas, Shopping, Restaurants and even the Subway ! I loved the modern look of the place and was extremely comfortable during our stay. I hope we can come back one day .

Wonderful Apartment

This was our first vacation rental when we arrived in Europe and it couldn't have been nicer. Sol was very nice and very accommodating. We had many questions prior to our arrival and Sol responded to them all quickly. Apartment is close to a metro stop so getting around was easy and convenient. Apartment worked perfectly for our family of six. Sol went above and beyond to get us hard copies of our boarding passes on a Sunday morning when I discovered print shop I was planning on using was closed. Highly recommended!

So clean and amazing communication

We really enjoyed this property. Lots of nice homey touches, very clean and comfortable. Huge nice bath sheets were appreciated. Agar was great communicating with us and you’re just 2-3 minutes from the metro. Also, you can walk almost anywhere in the city from here. A few minor things. The wifi was pretty bad, almost unusable at many times. Not sure if it was a bad day or what, but have a backup option. The elevator wasn’t working, the rooms are on the first floor (one up from ground), so not a huge problem. The AC works, but the room would have been much more comfortable, especially for sleeping, a degree or 2 cooler. We were all a bit hot and uncomfortable at night. That said, we would definitely stay here again, it was lovely.
