「This was an awesome place with a great location. Close to transit but few tourists. It was perfect for our family of four. (The futons were so comfortable, we bought the same one for our bed when we got home.) Would highly recommend!」

「Easy check-in and close to restaurants and stores. Great communication. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep. People above had two small children that were awake at 1-2am jumping, yelling, and playing with toys across the floor. 」

「Amazing location!! An easy walk from the train station and the rooftop deck view of the Tokyo Tower is not to be believed! There are a total of 4 beds…one double in the living room, a couch that converts to a double bed and two twin/single beds in a separate room with a door. We used the futon mat in the closet to make one more bed on the floor. Shower and laundry facilities are excellent! It was a wonderful stay!」

「There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. 」

「The check-in process was a bit of a hassle but once we received the door code it was a pleasant stay. Only 3 rooms in the building, the AC can be both cooling or warming (and works very well), there is a small kitchen if needed. Only issue is communicating with the host, I asked if we could drop off our luggage the night before, and I only received the answer way after we arrived in Tokyo. On the following night, a japanese lady arrived to her room on the 2nd floor, did not have the code and...

「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」
