Welcome back to your home in the Ibiza neighbourhood of Madrid! This rental property is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, perfect for resting after an exhausting day. The bathroom features a functional shower tray. The spacious living room with integrated kitchen is perfect for enjoying moments with family or friends, while preparing your favourite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the property is located on the ground floor, which will allow you to easily access all facilities.

The inner courtyard is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an outdoor meal. With a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a good coffee or outdoor dinners. One of the bedrooms has a small walk-in wardrobe, so you can organise your belongings comfortably and practically.

The Ibiza neighbourhood is an excellent option for your stay in Madrid. With a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, you will have everything you need just a step away from your door. In this park, activities such as boating, having a picnic, walking through its gardens, visiting the Rose Garden and the Crystal Palace, among other attractions, can be enjoyed.

Another emblematic place near the Ibiza Neighbourhood is the Prado Museum, one of the most important museums in the world and the most visited in Spain. The National Museum Centre of Reina Sofía is also nearby, which houses masterpieces of modern and contemporary art, including Picasso's famous painting "Guernica".

To move around the Ibiza Neighbourhood and reach Madrid's most emblematic areas, there are several public transport options. The Ibiza metro station, on line 9, is located in the centre of the neighbourhood and allows quick access to other city areas. Less than Expected

The location is great. However, the apartment was dirty, cold, and had several maintenance issues. For example, the doors stuck to the floor so would not shut properly. A window in the bathroom did not close. We left a day early because we were not satisfied.
