Room was smaller than how it looked in the picture, Staff and amenities were very nice. One thing to improve is the elevators, from 3 of them one was out of service all time and the system they used for elevators was inconvenient. You spend a lot of time waiting.

We were there for a Real Madrid game. This hotel is very close to the Satiago Bernabeu. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very nice and clean! We had a great experience!

A very nice hotel, my room was spacious and clean (with a balcony overlooking Santiago Bernabeu from the 12th floor). Excellent buffet breakfast. Good gym (a bit crowded though, as it isn’t just for the hotel guests). Overall a bit on the costly side, but maybe I just wasn’t lucky - all other hotels in the area were either fully booked or more expensive.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, quiet and with common areas with piano play at night. Fast check-in and fast elevators. Bar/restaurant with outside area was very good and cozy and fast service. Main restaurant was very nice and excellent food! Spa area was as they write quite amazing! Huge gym. Many restaurants in the area and easy access around. Room was very large, with office area, nice bathroom seperated in two parts with large sink/table, mirror and then shower/tub/toilet. Good space for cloths. Good bed and no noise from hallway, road or other rooms.

Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival.
