Location was walkable to the tourist areas specially where we wanted to go. Restaurants around the area that is not so touristy nor pricey. There is a mini market and self service laundry within 4-5min walk. 2 Twin beds in the only 1bedroom, 1 bathroom with a small load washer/dryer that takes too long cycles but nice to have. Another twin bed in the main living, and the sofa that turns into a bunk bed, that makes it all 5 twin beds for 5 of us. Main bedroom may be able to be transformed to a queen bed but we did not ask. It is on the 3rd floor but we did not try the elevator. Whatsapp communication was excellent even during off hours. I will definitely stay again or refer friends there and probably just use the self serve laundry 4mins walk away. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave snd oven is also nice to have.

This place was perfect for us. Convenient location, great amenities including the kitchen, and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, checking in a couple times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

The hotel was in a great location for us and we were really pleased with the communication and condition of the room. This was more like an apartment than a hotel room - in a good way. The facilities were top notch and everything was very clean. Madrid is a lovely city and on our next trip we will definitely be staying at the Rosia Centro.

My room was amazing. It is like staying inside an apartment. Modern decor, double-sized bed, an eating area with stools, and a full kitchen including pans, dishes, and silverware, where you can actually cook. Washer/dryer included. Good-sized bathroom with great lighting. And the staff is EXTREMELY NICE! However, I didn't like the rambling corridors that led me to my unit. Hopefully, not all units are the same.

Really nice place in Madrid Centro, my family had a really good stay for one night. Clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own breakfast. I would come back next time in Madrid.

Highly recommended

We travelled as part of a large group of friends. Communication was great via WhatsApp and prior to arriving at the property we had been provided access codes and room numbers. Some small issues during our stay were sorted seamlessly whilst we were out sightseeing. Would definitely return.

There’s no elevator from the lower level. If you have heavy suitcase or you have limited mobility, accessing the elevator at the top of a set of stairs won’t be easy. I recommended at least coffee capsules and paper towel being standard, but was told that they can’t offer food. I don’t get why… but, it’s their call. The staff was very friendly, via WhatsApp, when I wanted to check in.

We booked a one bedroom apartment that can accommodate 5 people. There were 2 single beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living area. The washing machine/dryer is located in the bathroom. The apartment was neat and clean. This place is generally quiet except for some stomping of feet from the people upstairs which happens either late at night or early morning. Location is so good we didn’t use the metro even once when we were in Madrid. San Bernardo and Noviciado metro stations can service this area though with the former being the closer one. Cafes and mini supermarkets are abundant in the area. Dishwashing liquid and a few tea bags and sugar sachets were provided. There is an iron and a small ironing board. The lift doesn’t start on ground level so bags needed to be carried up a flight of stairs. Check-in is done online via a link that is sent by the property in WhatsApp. All pertinent information regarding our stay was communicated in the same manner. Host is responsive and always checking if everything is okay. This is a good place to stay in Madrid and if there is one thing that can be improved, I think it’s the bath towels as they’re old and thin. I would recommend this accommodation.

nuestra estancia en el hotel Roisa Centro fue muy buena! Por ser departamentos en el centro de Madrid no hay recepcionista como en un hotel, pero nos dieron las instrucciones y clave de acceso porque llegamos a las 5 de la mañana y pudimos entrar a las instalaciones, dejar las maletas en lockers! Pedí la entrada anticipada y a las 12 del mediodia nos dieron el acceso a la habitación! Eramos 6 personas. El departamento contaba con todo lo necesario, buenas condiciones y limpio Estuvimos 2 noches y lo pasamos de lo mejor. Gracias a Manuel por su atenciòn y estar al pendiente de nuestro grupo.
